About the product amount

The amount of money displayed on the product may fluctuate due to the influence of exchange rates. In addition, since we deal with many currencies, the amount shown includes the commission for currency conversion.

• Buyers can complete transactions without sharing bank account and credit/debit card information.

• Payment can be charged to your bank account via PayPal.
• No initial and monthly fees. Only transaction fees are incurred.

Returns, Exchanges,  and Cancellations

As soon as you receive your order, please check to make sure that you have not received a product different from your order.

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that a product is damaged or defected, or if it is not what you ordered, please contact us by email ( koufudou.sf@gmail.com ) within 7 days of delivery.

In case of damage or stain, please send us a photo of the relevant part by e-mail.
We will return or exchange the item immediately, in which case we will cover the shipping cost.

Please note that if the replacement product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us within 7 days and let us know your intention to return it.

For any returns except for the damaged or defective items reported to us within 7 days of delivery, the return shipping cost is to be paid by the customer. If you contact us to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, you will be responsible for any refund charges including the return shipping cost.

We are unable to accept your return if:

• more than 8 days have passed since the delivery of the order.

• the customer fails to send us photos of defective/damaged parts.

• the customer has already installed the product .

• the damage or defection is caused by the customer.

About delivery and shipping

• Please refer to the following list of shipping charges for each category.

• We normally ship your orders by DHL or Postal Service.Please note that it is not possible for customers to specify the delivery method.

• If you purchase items beyond the duty-free zone (which varies from country to country), you may be subject to customs duties and consumption taxes.
  

• The taxable amount is not fixed at the time of order, but will be fixed at the time of customs clearance, and should be paid by the buyer upon receipt of the product.

• Even if the order is within the duty-free range, import tax will be imposed by customs if the quantity ordered is considered beyond the scope of personal use.

• In addition, if you place two or more orders on the same day, such as bulk purchases, and they are deemed to be one package by customs, they may be subject to taxation if they exceed the duty-free range.

• If you purchase a large number of items, we may ship them in multiple shipments and on different days.
  

• Please allow 6 to 7 business days for delivery. Even if the store handles your order on the same day, it may take time for customs clearance and delivery, so please order well in advance.
